Summer is heating up at Beach City Baseball Academy, and there’s no shortage of exciting updates to share. From a brand-new turf field to upcoming tryouts and camps, here’s everything happening this week at BCBA:
1. Our Brand-New Turf Field is Complete!
We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our new artificial turf field, located just across from our home facility in El Segundo. After 15 years of building championship teams and training top-tier athletes, this field is a game-changer for our players and programs. It’s ready for action, and we can’t wait for you to see it in person.
Rentals will be available on our self service website. Members get discounts for all rentals!
As part of our growing facility offerings, BCBA Members now receive discounted turf rental rates on our brand-new field, on top of their regular perks.
Field Rental Prices:
• Member Rate: $95/hour
• Regular Rate: $125/hour
$150/month + $50 first month sign on fee.
Membership includes:
Unlimited Cage Access: Free, unlimited access to batting cages, pitching mounds, and HitTrax (subject to availability).
Guest Privileges: Bring up to 2 guests at no extra charge.
Flexible Cancellation: Freeze or cancel anytime.
Exclusive Offers: Members receive select discounts and early access to specials.
Discounted Prospect Park Field Rentals
Scheduling Flexibility: Peak time rentals available for members-only. Walk-ins or calls for last-minute availability are welcomed.
2. Fall 2025 Prospects Tryouts Are Now Open
We’re building the next generation of Beach City Prospects and tryouts are officially open!
Dates: Saturday, July 12 & Saturday, July 19
Ages: 8U through 13U

3. Memorial Day Baseball Camp – May 27
Celebrate the start of summer at our Memorial Day Camp, held for the first time on our brand-new turf field!
Date: Monday, May 27
Ages: 6–12
A great way for players to sharpen skills, have fun, and enjoy the holiday with teammates. Register here.
4. Summer Camp Lineup – Enroll Today!
Join us for three weeks of summer baseball camp at BCBA! Open to players ages 6–12, these camps include live games, skills competitions, prizes, and tons of reps—all in a fun, fast-paced environment.

5. Two Teams Headed to Cooperstown
This August, two BCBA teams will head to the legendary Cooperstown Dreams Park for a once-in-a-lifetime tournament experience. We’re proud of these players for earning their way to the big stage and can’t wait to follow their journey. Stay tuned for updates, highlights, and game coverage!
