  3. 33 Words: List 33 words that describe your abilities and rate your confidence in each. Develop tasks to improve areas where your confidence is low.

  4. Long-Term Goals: Document your goal, its reasons, values, past successes, failures, obstacles, and solutions.

  5. 64 Chart: Write down 64 specific tasks needed to achieve your goal. Set dates for starting these tasks and begin with ten of them.

  6. Daily Diary: Use a daily diary to plan, execute, and reflect on tasks. This promotes continuous improvement.

  7. Get a Coach: Have a coach provide positive feedback and help you stay on track.
